Hi, I'm Janessa Skutt, the owner and creator of Rebel Stitch Co.

My journey in the apparel industry began several years ago, working in different areas of the business and learning every step of the process. Along the way, I discovered my passion for embroidery and custom apparel. Bringing ideas to life and creating pieces that people are excited to wear quickly became more than a job—it became something I truly love.

As life changed and I became a mom to three amazing kids, my priorities shifted. I wanted to build a business that allowed me to provide for my family while continuing to do meaningful work. That's how Rebel Stitch Co. came to life.

Since then, Rebel Stitch Co. has continued to grow. Along with creating apparel collections, I've had the opportunity to partner with local businesses to provide custom company apparel, helping bring their brands to life through embroidery and heat press. Whether it's outfitting a team or creating one-of-a-kind designs, I love helping businesses showcase who they are.

Rebel Stitch Co. is a mix of purpose and personality. Some pieces are designed to encourage, inspire, and share the hope I've found through my faith. Others are simply fun, trendy, and made to bring a smile. My faith is an important part of who I am, and while you'll see that reflected in many of my collections, I also want to create apparel that everyone can enjoy and connect with.

Heat Press:

Our heat press service is built around consistency, durability, and a clean professional finish. Using high-quality Hotronix equipment, we’re able to apply designs with even pressure and reliable heat, helping each piece look polished and hold up well over time.

For apparel, we use the Hotronix Fusion IQ Heat Press, which is designed for precise temperature, time, and pressure control. Its large platen and smooth operating system make it ideal for everything from full-front and full-back designs to smaller left-chest graphics on T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, workwear, and more.

For hats, we use the Hotronix 360 IQ Hat Press, which is designed specifically for caps and curved surfaces. Its 360-degree heating technology helps provide even heat around the hat, making it great for patches, logos, transfers, and custom hat designs while creating a clean, secure finish.

Embroidery:

Our embroidery service is built around quality, precision, and a clean professional finish. Using a high-quality commercial embroidery machine, we’re able to create crisp logos, detailed designs, and durable stitching that helps your apparel stand out.

The machine’s servo-driven pantograph and positive needle drive SH sewing head allow for higher sewing speeds while maintaining extremely accurate stitching. Its open chassis design also makes it easier to embroider bulkier or more difficult items, giving us more flexibility with the products we can offer.

With a sewing area of approximately 9 ¾" x 15 ¾", we can comfortably work with a wide variety of items including polos, sweatshirts, jackets, hats and caps, blankets, backpacks, workwear, and more.
